Robb Hawks is an avid sailer who has been "dry docked" for a few years. In his spare time he took on the challenge of designing a small but comfortable power cat to live aboard.
The Sparrow Hawk PC28 meets this design criteria. The boat is not designed for performance but rather for comfort. Additionally, the design is a intercoastal cruiser having a very modest max draft of max 30".
